Account info you give us (email, name), the data you create in the product (customers, messages, quotes, invoices, visits, photos), and basic product-usage telemetry. We do not buy third-party data.
Run the service you signed up for. We never sell your data. We never train models on it. We do not use the contents of your bilingual threads for advertising.
AWS US East. Encrypted at rest with AWS-managed KMS, in transit with TLS. Your org is physically partitioned from every other org in our database.
Crew members you invite see only the threads and customers you grant them. Your customers receive SMS from the shop you operate and never see any other shop's data.
Your data stays in Jasper until you delete it. At any time you can export every customer, message, visit, quote, and invoice as CSV and JSON from Settings. If you cancel, we keep deleted data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then purge it.
We use Amazon Cognito for authentication, DynamoDB for storage, Amazon Bedrock (Claude Haiku) for translation, Stripe for billing (when you enable it), and Twilio for SMS delivery. We do not share data with any other third parties.
