By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you are using Jasper on behalf of a business, you agree on behalf of that business and confirm you have authority to do so.
A software service for home-service businesses. It helps you manage customers, schedule visits, send bilingual messages, and collect payments. It is a tool. It does not replace professional judgment.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Do not share passwords. Invite your crew via the magic-link flow instead.
Do not use Jasper to harass customers, send unsolicited marketing to non-customers, break local law, or circumvent our billing. Messaging must be to your own opted-in customers. Violating this gets your account suspended.
Paid plans bill monthly, in advance, in USD. During the beta period, usage is free. You can cancel anytime and you will not be charged after the cancellation date. Stripe processing fees (2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction) on customer payments pass through unchanged.
You own your data. We operate on it to provide the service. You can export everything at any time. If you cancel, we keep deleted data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then purge it.
We use Claude Haiku for translation, tuned for home-service language. It is accurate in the overwhelming majority of cases, but no automated translation is perfect. You always see the translation before it sends to a customer and can edit it. You are responsible for the final content you send.
The service is provided as-is. We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep the service running. Outages and bugs happen. We will not be liable for business losses arising from service unavailability.
We may update these Terms. If we materially change them, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
